Aid Supplies

  Here is a list of things we always need: 

*Leads, collars, towels, blankets, transport boxes (of course all these things can be new or second hand)

*Frontline (spray or spot-on) 

*Drontal tablets  

*worming paste for puppies and kittens (for example Banminth paste) 

*large spectrum antibiotics (amoxiline, doxycyline) 

*eye creams 

*ear cleaning lotion and medicinal creams/drops

   DOG TRANSPORT

We need people who can transport a dog/dogs from Kos to their new home country (currently Switzerland (Zurich) and Germany)

The dogs are vaccinated, examined and have all the necessary documents.

All you have to do is to contact us (by e-mail or phone) and let us know your departure time, flight number and the name of your tour operator.

You simply meet us at Kos airport two hours before your flight departs.

There you will receive a box with a dog/dogs and the health- and vaccination certificates.

You will also get the telephone number of the person (from the animals’ home) who will come to pick up the dog from the destination airport. At the destination airport a volunteer worker will be waiting for you as you come through customs.

Since the dogs have certificates from an official veterinarian there are no difficulties at the border control of your destination airport.

   BOX TRANSPORT

We also need people who are willing to bring empty transport boxes back to Kos from Switzerland or Germany.

If you would like to help this way, please contact us by e-mail so we can organize somebody to bring a box /boxes to the airport. The boxes will be checked in as a regular piece of luggage. Note that you need to be within your luggage weight allowance.
